Since 1901, Jansen&Heuning has been designing and building conveying systems for free-flowing bulk solids. From Groningen, we develop and manufacture systems for the intake, storage and transshipment of bulk materials, and install them worldwide.

Jansen&Heuning has started construction of a new sludge cake processing station for Noorderzijlvest Water Board. A temporary sludge cake processing station will first be built at the Garmerwolde Sewage Treatment Plant (RWZI), after which the old transfer will make way for the new one.

REK Europe uses plastic waste which they process into high-quality raw materials for plastics processing companies, by grinding, homogenizing and compounding the plastic waste.

Seed cleaner - Separating the wheat from the chaff

The Jansen&Heuning seed cleaner is based on the centuries-old principle of a winnowing machine, which was first used in the 17th century. Fortunately, it no longer has to be done by hand! In our electrically driven seed cleaner, the uncleaned grain/seed falls through the inlet hopper onto a shaker sieve, which uses three sieve decks to sift out the excess materials. At the same time, an adjustable fan blows over the sieve decks to remove light material such as chaff and weed seeds. The result: a clean product!

Ideal for, for example, (organic) arable farmers who want to clean their own seeds or livestock farmers who use their own crops as animal feed.
