After installing the pre-cleaner, the existing frame had to be modified. Therefore, Jansen&Heuning made a separate frame for the cyclone with accompanying filter bags, so that a big bag could be placed under the cyclone and the filter bags could be easily unloaded. The hard particles from the extracted product can be loaded into big bags and the remaining air is filtered with filter bags. The pre-cleaner works well and removes about 99% of the angel hair from the plastic granule: a successful project!
