The contents of bigbags can become rock-hard for many reasons. It is then not possible to unload the big bags in a normal way because the lumps are much too big. Crushing the contents reduces the large lumps to a manageable size.
Easy big bag crushing with mobile crusher
With its 30 kN pressing force, the mobile bigbag crusher is suitable for most common bigbags and can be used on practically any forklift truck due to its universal design. The mobile bigbag crusher can be equipped with any standard FEM attachment (”ISO class” international) and can be customised with the required hydraulic connection for your forklift truck. The requirements for the forklift truck are: a lifting capacity of at least 2 tonnes and the forklift truck must have access to 1 extra hydraulic connection consisting of 1 feed and return.
The crusher is easy to mount on the forklift truck with the supplied instructions. As the crusher is fitted with 4 hooks, the forklift truck can also be used to move the big bags without dismantling the crusher.
