Description Box tipper
Are you looking for a way to unload boxes with bulk products? Jansen&Heuning has designed a crate unloading station to unload crates efficiently and safely. You place the box in the tipper and operate the unit with the electric control panel. While tilting, the crate is held in the correct position with guiders. The bulk materials then fall into a storage bunker and can then be dosed into, for example, a screw conveyor.
Box tipper options
Every customer has different types of boxes, applications or requirements. That is why we always tailor-make the tipper. For example, it is possible to use the tilting system for wide boxes of 2.40 metres or two narrower boxes of 1.2 metres. The tipper can also be combined with a larger storage unit to give you full control over the unloading, storage and further transport of your bulk products. The unit is also suitable for other types of bulk containers, such as octabins.

Emptying crates without dust emissions
The box tipper can be supplied in both open and closed versions. The closed version is very suitable for preventing dust emissions. This can come in handy when emptying dry, fine bulk materials, for example. If required, a dust extractor can be fitted to the tipper to further reduce dust.
