Jansen&Heuning offers a complete range of systems for safely and efficiently filling and unloading FIBCs (bigbags). From manual discharge pipes to fully automated filling robots, every solution is designed for optimal flow, minimal product loss and a clean working environment.
Depending on the product and application, systems can be equipped with integrated weighing units, dust extraction, bulk-out screws (verbulkers), and sealing or clamping mechanisms for the bag outlet. In addition, automated solutions such as bigbag robots increase efficiency and reduce operator workload.
If the product inside the FIBC has hardened or formed lumps during transport or storage, unloading can be supported by dedicated crushers.
With these modular components, unloading and filling stations can be configured to match any process layout, material type or capacity requirement.
