DSM Corridor in Tanzania bought a transport system from Jansen&Heuning ten years ago. The company imports fertilizer that arrives by ship, stores it in a warehouse and delivers it in bulk to small trucks and bags.

Fertilizer is very corrosive and sensitive to the effects of moisture. Jansen&Heuning has extensive experience in the Netherlands in the construction of fertilizer sheds and the transport of salt. That came in very handy.

After ten years, the installation is still running smoothly under tropical and therefore moist conditions.
