Description Combi cleaner
The Combi Cleaner is designed for efficient cleaning of grain and seed based on kernel size. This system removes dust, chaff, broken kernels and other impurities, which ensures that the product is ready for storage, processing or seed use. The KDC range consists of three models: KDC 4000, KDC 5000 and KDC 8000, so capacity can easily be matched to operational needs.
Operation Of The Combi Cleaner
The Combi Cleaner works according to the dual screen principle. The inner screen separates coarse impurities such as straw, chaff and larger particles, while the outer screen removes small fractions such as dust, sand and fine particles. In addition, KDC models can be combined with an aspirator to further improve the cleaning of light impurities. The KDC 5000 is a purely mechanical version without aspirator, whereas the KDC 4000 PLUS and KDC 8000 PLUS are equipped with an integrated air separation system that increases cleaning efficiency.

The Combi Cleaner is typically used in installations for:
- grain storage and seed processing
- malting and feed industries
- organic farming and grain trade
Because of its modular construction, the machine can function either as a pre cleaner or as a fine cleaner in complete cleaning lines.
