Description Impact Dehuller for Grains and Seeds

The impact dehuller by Jansen&Heuning separates kernels from husks using controlled mechanical impact. This machine is particularly suited for grains with tougher hulls, such as spelt and oats, as well as oil-containing seeds where the kernel is not tightly attached to the husk, such as sunflower seeds. A variety of impact disc types is available to match different crop characteristics.

The dehuller is used after prior cleaning and sorting. Post-dehulling, the product is sieved to separate husks, broken grains, intact grains, and unhulled material. The machine is driven by a frequency-controlled motor, ensuring precise control over the processing parameters.
