Description Grain crusher

For the livestock farmer who want to be able to feed his own (or purchused) grain in smaller batches, a grain crusher is an ideal solution. A grain crusher does not grind the grain, but crushes the products by passing it between two crushing rollers with a preset crushing distance. As a result, no product is lost in the form of dust and the grain retains optimal feed values. Because the grain is only crushed, heat generation is minimal.

Research

In order to make reliable statements about the efficiency of fedding crushed grain to dairy cows, Jansen&Heuning commissioned extensive research. The Leeuwarden University of Applied Sciences found that feeding grain is very interesting. If you want to know exactly what it can do for you, contact Jansen&Heuning for the complete result

  • capacity depending on product and gap width (kg/hour).
  • the JHP752 has three rollers so large seeds as maize, peas, beans, lupins can be crushed more easily.
