HVC processes compost in Middenmeer. One of the steps in doing this is mixing dry compost with residual water remained from another part of the process. This proces was previously done in batches and with many logistical operations. HVC, together with Jansen&Heuning, has designed a system in which mixing is done ‘in line’. The photo shows the almost completed installation with a dubble axis, paddle mixer and discharge screw.
