Pre-cleaners
For separating light impurities from grain, maize, peas and beans with the air suction system. Your product becomes more valuable and you save on costs for drying, because the chaff and straw contain a lot of moisture.

The fan can be placed at any position in the air outlet. A cyclone cleans the outlet air.

The Grain Cleaner CS 20 / 40: up to 40 tons of grain per hour with several filter layers

What makes these machines unique?

The cleaners from Jansen & Heuning are available in 3 types with capacities as listed in the diagram. The bigger types 20/40 and 30/60 have two sieve boxes with 3 sieve layers each. The grain is equally distributed over the two parallel working screen sections. The machines are made of steel with wooden sieve boxes and expansion chambers
  • The sieves can be replaced from the inlet side
  • The screens are provided with a ball cleaning system
  • Completely separated pre- and after suction cleaning makes a good adjustment possible

  • Fairing made of laminated steel plates

  • Sorting sieve for fine seeds
  • Designed for cleaning malting barley, but equally well suited for pre-cleaning and seed cleaning of wheat, barley, etc.
