Fully automatically FIBC
FIBC’s are being applied more and more. They are easy to handle and cheap. For filling the big bag, manpower is required to attach the FIBC to the spout.
Jansen & Heuning has developed a FIBC, which can be filled fully automatically, put into storage, picked-up by a fork lift truck ànd emptied, without the driver needing to step away from behind the steering wheel.
The four loops are replaced by four belts converging around the spout. By picking-up the filling mouth, the belts and the mouth unfold, thus creating enough space for the forks of the truck to be put in, and hoist the FIBC on the belts.

How to shock a bag?
FIBC's, also called "bigbags", are in many situations an excellent way of storing and transporting bulk goods: they are cheap, flexible and traceable. However, their size does not make them very practical. Filling and unloading them requires comparatively a lot of time and effort.

Jansen & Heuning's JHFCU unloads with a minimum of effort and time even those products with the most unfavourable flowing characteristics.

A simple pneumatic shaking device forces the product to flow. The discharge nozzle is easily accessible and ergonomically designed.
